Refund / Cancellation Policy

Membership fees would not be refunded or reversed under any circumstances. For any refund, reversal, chargeback, or any other reasons whatsoever, the member of the society may file his/her claim with the Secretary, Basundhara Green Society.

Services

The Member is a person who is either Owner or Co-Owner of a flat in Basundhara Green, a residential apartment building project, presently known as Basundhara Green Society.

Our Society manages common services such as Cleaning, Waste Management, Electricity, Elevators, 24/7 Security, Water and Plumbing, Software Programming, CCTV Surveillance, and other essential facilities, including cultural events for residents.

Monthly membership fees (based on category) are collected from each household/flat to cover these services. Participation fees may also apply for cultural programs and events. The fees and charges will be mentioned in the respective fields. Donation amounts are voluntary and have no limit. The fees and charges for the said services may be revised from time to time.

Android App

After successful completion of a payment through the Society App, the system will redirect back to the Basundhara Green Society App dashboard and generate a receipt for the payment made by the Member.

Basundhara Green Society does not charge any processing fee or service charge for online payments. However, Members are required to bear the transaction charges as applicable by the merchant banks.
